1-1/2 lbs. American or Velvetta Cheese
1 small package Philly cream cheese
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. crushed red pepper ( more or less to taste)
Chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
Let both kinds of cheese stand until soft. Chop or mince garlic and add along with red peppers. Put several dashes of chili powder in cheese mix, and mix well. Roll into a roll about as big as a Ritz cracker. Sprinkle chili powder on waxed paper, and roll cheese over, and over until coated with powder. Place in fridge until firm.
