1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. or more of cranberries cut in half
3/4 c. orange juice
2 tsp. grated orange rind
3 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the cake with all ingredients except the cranberries. When beaten well stir in the cranberries with a spoon.
Fill muffin pans half way and bake at 350 until done.

This is very quick and easy recipe. They are yummy to eat when warm with a bit of butter on Thanksgiving or Christmas morning.
