3 cups self rising flour
3 cups milk
1/4 cup butter or oil
3 T sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl slightly beat the eggs with a fork. Then add sugar, vanilla, oil or butter and the milk.
Stir in the flour 1 cup at a time. After the mix is made, beat with beaters at low speed about 1 minute. Cook slowly on low fire using a 10 inch iron skillet. Pour batter onto hot lightly greased skillet. Turn when tops are covered with bubbles. Turn once
