1 box yellow cake mix 1 cup butter or margarine 1 cup coconut 3 cups peeled, sliced apples 2 T. sugar 1 T. cinnamon 1 cup sour cream 1 egg
Blend dry cake mix and butter together with pastry blender. Stir in coconut. Press into 9" x 13" pan; bake for 15 minutes at 350º. Mix apples, cinnamon and sugar together. Place over baked cake. Mix sour cream and egg, then pour over apple mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º.
