1 1/2 cups flour 3/4 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup butter 1 tsp. salt 1 6-oz. package butterscotch chips 1/2 cup corn syrup 2 T. butter 2 cups cashews
Mix dry ingredients with butter (I use a pastry blender) and pat into 9 x 13-inch pan. Heat chips, corn syrup and 2 T. butter until melted. Pour over crust. Press cashews into filling. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350º.
