1 cut up fryer or 6-8 pieces of chicken
1 med. onion
2-3 stalks celery, chipped
2 carrots, thinly sliced
Parsley to taste
Salt
Pepper
Creamed corn and whole kernel corn (frozen or canned)

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken pieces, onion, celery, carrots, salt and pepper in a large saucepan and add enough water to cover well. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the chicken is tender and can be taken off the bones. Bone chicken and return to broth. Add creamed and whole kernel corn until there is enough to make the broth thick and hearty. (This takes quite a bit of corn.) Sprinkle in parsley about 10 min. before ready to serve.
