8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. cream cheese
4 oz. bleu cheese
2 T. Worchestershire ©sauce
2 T. minced onion, parsley or chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Let cheese get soft. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into a ball and roll in chopped parsley or nuts. Refrigerate, but let stand at room temperature for at least 1 hr. before serving.
