2 c. elbow macaroni
4 T. butter or margarine
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 lb. (or more) grated Longhorn or mild cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. While macaroni is cooking, melt butter in a large skillet. Add flour and mix with melted butter. Add milk and cook until thick and creamy. Add cheese to the hot white sauce. Pour into the cooked hot drained macaroni. Pour mixture into a buttered large casserole dish and cook at 350 till it bubbles and browns on top.
