4 Tbsp. butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cream
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp. rum flavoring
1 cup currants
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter over low heat. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Spoon in to tart shells and bake in moderate oven. 350º for 15 or 20 mins or until done.
Serve with whipping cream.
