1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream shortening, vanilla and brown sugar. Combine flour, salt and baking soda. Mix buttermilk, bananas and pecans with dry ingredients. Bake at 350.
