1 1/2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
2 1/2 c. flour
2 T. and 1 tsp. baking powder
2 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sweet potatoes, milk and butter. Add remaining ingredients, mix to make a soft dough. Pinch off and roll biscuits by hand. Place on a greased pan and bake at 450.
