1 c. apricot nectar
4 eggs
1 small box of lemon Jello©
2/3 c. vegetable oil

Topping: 1 c. powdered sugar, 1/4 c. lemon juice

Cake: Mix and bake at 350º.

Topping: Heat till sugar melts and dribble over cooled cake.
