3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 T. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. diced bananas
1 - 81/2 oz. undrained crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs

Sift together first five ingredients. Make a hole in the center and add remaining ingredients. Mix well by hand. Bake in a greased and floured tube pan at 325º.
