2 c. powdered sugar
1 pt. sour cream
2 - 6 oz. pkg. frozen coconut

Cake:
1 pkg. Duncan Hines© yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Directions:
Directions:
First Day: Make frosting by combining all ingredients; cover and refrigerate.

Second Day: Make cake according to directions, adding instant pudding. Bake in 5 layers. Cool and frost.

Cover with plastic wrap and let stand at least one day before serving.
