3 c. flour
1 T. cinnamon
1 T. baking soda
1 T. baking powder
1/2 c. homogenized shortening
1 c. sugar
3 large eggs
3/4 c. honey
1 c. triple strength coffee
1/4 c. chocolate chips
1/4 cup plumped raisins
Grated rind of one orange

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together first four ingredients. Beat the shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs, one at a time, alternating with the honey. Add the sifted dry ingredients alternately with the coffee, beginning and ending with the flour. Do not over beat. Fold in the chocolate chips, raisins and orange rind. Pour into a greased 10" tube pan and bake at 325º until the cake tests done with a toothpick. Cool on a rack about 30 min. Remove from pan to complete cooling.
