Filling:
Cream 1lb cream cheese with 1/2 lb butter
Add 3/4 cup sugar
Add 3 beaten egg yolks with 1 tsp. vanilla
Drain 1 can of crushed pineapple and fold in to the above mixture.
Beat 3 egg whites until stiff and fold into filling.
Let stand until firm, overnite.

Graham Crust:
11/2 cup Graham crumbs
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
Bake 5 0r 6 mins . Cool and add your filling.
Refridgerate for 2 days for best results.
