2 tbsp. butter
1 clove garlic
1/4 tsp.powdered ginger
3 cups water
2 tbsp. flour
i onion
1 tsp.salt
2 cups celery,chopped
dash of pepper
1/2 cup of either whipping cream or creamo

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter, add onion, crushed garlic,ginger and celery.
Cook but do not allow this to color. Add water, salt and pepper and simmer for 20 mins. Cool and puree vegetables. Reheat. Blend flour with the cream and add to heated puree. Heat to boiling stirring continuously.
