1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
1/2 c. water
1 can pie filling (20 - 23 oz.)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Pour oil into a 9 x 13 pan. Tilt to cover the bottom of the pan with the oil. Put cake mix, eggs and water into the pan. Stir with a fork until blended (about 2 minutes). Scrape sides and spread evenly in the pan. Spoon pie filling onto the batter and mix just enough to create a marble effect. Bake at 350º until toothpick inserted, comes out clean. Cake will be moist.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Cut and serve directly from the pan. Store cake loosely covered. May refrigerate if desired.
