1 cup of vanilla yogurt 1 8oz. (1%) cottage cheese 1 clove of garlic minced ( optional) 1 tsp. dill weed 1 tsp.dried basil 1 pkg. Lipton soup mix-savory herb with garlic seasoning salt and pepper to taste 1 head of red or white cabbage for serving dip (opt)
1- Combine all ingredients except cabbage in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Chill for one hour before serving. Suggestions for serving: Hollow out the head of cabbage and fill with dip. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
