2 c. flour 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. orange juice 1 T. grated orange peel 2 T. shortening 1 egg, beaten 1 1/2 c. chopped cranberries 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Combine dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Add orange juice, egg and orange peel. Fold in cranberries and nuts. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350º.
