1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1 T. lemon extract
2 3/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. finely chopped almonds
14 oz. Hershey's© kisses
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 T. shortening
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and lemon extract until light and fluffy. Add flour and almonds; blend well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hr. Shape a T. of dough around each kiss. Roll in hands to form a ball. Bake at 375º on an ungreased cookie sheet. Cool completely.

Melt chocolate chips and shortening.

Sprinkle cooled cookies with powdered sugar. Drizzle with melted chips and shortening.
