1 C. creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 C. Butter, softened
1-1/2 C. packed Brown Sugar
1/2 C. Sugar
1-1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Baking Soda
3 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
4 C. dry rolled Oats
3/4 C. chopped nuts (your choice of peanuts, pecans or walnuts)

Preheat oven to 350º
In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter together. Add brown sugar, sugar, baking powder and baking soda; beat until combined.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla. Stir in the rolled oats. Stir in the nuts and M&M's©.
Drop dough by *1/4 C. or use a scoop. Place dough 4-inches apart onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets before transferring to wire racks; cool.

*For smaller cookies, drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets before transferring to wire racks; cool.
