1 cup long gain white rice
2 cans beef consume' soup
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. Worchestersire Sauce
1 diced onion
1 diced green pepper
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a covered casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Remove cover and bake an additional 10 minutes. Stir and serve.

This is a great side dish that came to me from Steve's uncle Frank. To easily turn it into a meal, saute some large prawns in Olive Oil, Garlic, fresh parsley and butter, and serve over rice with crusty bread and a salad or veggie (We like grilled asparagus)
