1 Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 C. shredded Coconut
1/2 C. Butter, softened
1 large can sliced Peaches
1/2 C. granulated Sugar
1 tsp. ground Cinnamon
16 oz. Sour Cream
2 Eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, dry cake mix and coconut to form dough. Spread dough in an ungreased 9"X13" cake pan, building up the sides. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes.
Drain peach slices and arrange in rows on warm crust. Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over peach slices.
In a bowl, combine sour cream and eggs, pour over peach slices. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until set.
