2 tbsp veg oil
2 cups celery sliced into 1/2 in strips
2 c. sliced fresh mushroom or one 8 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp powered ginger
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tbsp cold water
1/2 cup beef broth or 1 beef bouillon cube dissolved into 1/2 c. water
cooked shrimp- your choice in type and amount

Heat oil in wok or skillet med. heat about 3 min.
Add celery and stir-fry for 3 min. Push up side
Add mushrooms and stir-fry 2 minutes for fresh and 1 min for canned.
Add soy sauce, ginger, and pepper. Push mushrooms up the side.
Mix cornstarch with water to make thin paste. Pour broth in wok and stir in paste.
Add shrimp and stir-fry 2 min. or unitl heated through.
Heat until broth is thickened

Serve over rice or noodles
