2 C Kelloggs Bran Buds
2 C boiling water
2 1/2 C sugar
1 C vegetable oil
1 qt buttermilk
4 eggs
1 box raisins
5 C flour
1 tsp salt
5 tsp baking soda
4 C Kelloggs All Bran

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Bran Buds and boiling water and set aside. Cream oil and sugar. Add cereal and water mixture, eggs, buttermilk, All Bran and raisins. I use 1 C of the 5 C of flour to mix with the raisins and put through a food mill.
Sift flour, soda and salt and add to mixture. DO NOT OVERMIX. Put in covered containers, leaving a 2" head space at top of containers. Should refrigerate overnight before using.
Will keep in refrigerator 4-5 weeks.
To bake, grease muffin tin, fill 2/3 full, bake at 375º for 15-20 min.
