1 turkey breast
Marinade:
1/2 C lemon juice
1/2 C olive oil
2 tbsp oregano
1/3 C Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 C flour
2 tbsp paprika
1/3 C Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Place turkey breast in marinade for 24 hours. Mix flour, paprika and Parmesan. Remove turkey from marinade and roll in flour mixture. Brown on all sides in olive oil. Wrap in a double thickness of aluminum foil. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350, 20 minutes/pound.
