8 slices of bread
Butter to cover 8 slice of bread
1 lb. shaved or cubed ham
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
10 eggs
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 cups milk
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Trim & butter the 8 slices of bread. Lay in bottom of 9 x 13 greased cake pan. Spread ham over bread. Sprinkle cheese on top. Mix together the 10 eggs with dry mustard, add milk, salt & pepper. Pour over bread. Cover with foil. Let sit in refrigerator overnight. Bake 1 hour at 350º.
