2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp. almond extract
2 cups flour

Directions:

Mix first four ingredients by hand. Add dry ingredients & extract. Bake in cupcake pan at 350 for 20 minutes.
