3 egg whites
1/2 tsp. cream of tarter
3/4 cup sugar
1 {12 oz.} pkg. chocolate chips
1 cup pecans, chopped
powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg whites & cream of tarter until stiff & glossy. Gradually add sugar on low speed until all sugar is added. Fold in chocolate chips & nuts. Drop by tsp. on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250º for 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar.
