Marinade:
4 minced garlic cloves
1 C soy sauce
12 oz dijon mustard
1/2 C honey
2 lb boneless pork cut into thin strips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinade ingredients and pour 1/2 of marinade over pork strips and set for 30 min.
Grill or broil for 3-4 min.
May use remainder of marinade for dipping.
