1 lb. bulk, Italian sausage
1 lb. ground meat
1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 loaves party rye bread

Directions:
Make ahead: Cook meat, drain. Add cheese, garlic, Spread on bread. Put on cookie sheet in freezer. Once frozen, put in large Ziploc freezer bags; keep frozen - do not thaw! Bake 15 minutes at 350º.
