3 c. cooked squash
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 small onion, minced
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
Several crushed Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients; pour into buttered casserole and sprinkle with Ritzę cracker crumbs. Bake at 350║, until brown and bubbly.
