Ingredients:  
1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
3 slices of bread, cubed
2 T. flour
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, flour, sugar and add crushed pineapple; blend well. Pour into a buttered casserole pan. Top with cubed bread and pour melted butter over all. Stir until slightly mixed. Bake at 350º. Brown sugar may be sprinkled over the top to give extra crispness.
