2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 stick of butter
2 c. sugar
1 - 13 oz. can evaporated milk
2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs

Directions:
Combine potatoes, sugar and nutmeg; add melted butter, milk, flavoring and eggs. Blend well. Pour into 2 - 9" pie shells. Bake at 350º.
