1 lb chicken breasts (approx. 2-3 frozen breasts)
2 T olive oil
Cube and saute on high till chicken is done. Put chicken aside and mix:

2 c chopped celery
3/4 c chopped green peppers
1 pkg fresh mushrooms chopped
1 small onion chopped
Optional: add
2 c chopped cauliflower
2 c chopped broccoli

Saute till tender with 2 T water, add chicken. Stir in 1 c cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup.

Directions:

Simmer together and serve over egg noodle, chow mein noodles, fried rice. You can also sprinkle top of stir fry with chow mein noodles prior to serving.
Be creative with vegetables and your base!
