1 lb hamburger meat
1 medium onion, diced
1 Tbsp flour (heaping)
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
2 cups water
1/2 lb cheese (Cheddar or Velveeta)
1 can Ranch Style beans
1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
1/2 pint sour cream

Brown and drain ground meat. Add other ingredients. Let simmer for 30 minutes. Serve steaming hot over corn chips.
