1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
2 cups oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Directions:
Bring butter and sugar to a boil quickly. Add vanilla. Beat in 1 cup of the oatmeal, then the soda.Add the second cup of oatmeal and pour in to a buttered 8x8 pan and bake to a light brown color in a 350 º oven.
