2 lbs shredded hashbrowns
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups grated cheese
1/2 cup grated onion or 1/2 tsp onion powder
2 cups sour cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
Topping:
2 cups crushed crackers or corn flakes
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into 13 x 10 pan. Mix topping and sprinkle over top. Bake for 45 minutes at 350º.
