2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 cup milk
2 tbsp light corn syrup
3 cups pecans {can also use walnuts}
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Butter 2 large sheets with parchment or waxed paper. Set aside. Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a heavy 2 qt. saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Cook to soft~ball stage 234ºF. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Stir briskly until mixture loses its glossy sheen. Working quickly! Drop mixture by tbsp. onto waxed paper. Let cool completely before removing from paper.
