2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup drained crushed pineapple
3 egg whites
dash of salt
1 graham cracker crust or 9 inch pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Blend Cornstarch & water. Add pineapple juice & 1/2 cup sugar & cook slowly until thickened stirring constantly. Add pineapple & cook a few minutes longer. In another bowl combine egg whites & salt. Beat until foamy. Add remaining sugar gradually beating until stiff. Fold into pineapple mixture & pour into pie shell. Cool.
