Ingredients:  
1 bag spinach; cleaned, stems removed
1 c. large bean sprouts; washed, drained
1 can water chestnuts; drained, sliced
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled

DRESSING:
1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1 onion, chopped

salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Mix salad dressing ingredients in blender and refrigerate. Prepare salad items and place in large bowl. Just before serving, pour dressing over greens and toss. Can substitute with prepared Betty's Salad Dressing.
