Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 pkgs refrigerated crescent rolls
16 oz cream cheese
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
1 c mayonnaise
1 c vegetables: broccoli, cauliflower, mushrooms,
scallions, carrots, red peppers finely chopped
1 c cheddar cheese, finely grated

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.

Spread crescent rolls into two large rectangles on separate ungreased jelly roll pans or cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool 10 - 12 minutes.

Mix next three ingredients in mixer and spread over cooled crescent rolls crust. Finely chop three or four vegetables of your choice. If using food processor, chop vegetables separately to retain color, otherwise vegetables lose their "identity" and look brown. Sprinkle vegetables evenly across the top of cream cheese mixture, then top all with cheddar cheese.

Lightly press vegetables and cheese into the cream cheese using the flat bottom of a measuring cup. Chill. Slice into diamond squares before serving - or cut with scissors.
