8 oz. cream cheese
2 T. milk
3 oz. jar dried chopped beef
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 T. onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 T. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Cream softened cream cheese with milk. Cut in chopped beef & green pepper. Fold in sour cream, onion, pepper, garlic salt and transfer to a small casserole. Bake for 20 minutes. Brown the nuts in butter & put nuts on top of dip. Serve with hearty crackers.
