12 oz. chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 cup pumpkin, canned or mashed
¼ tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground cloves
½ cup canola oil
1½ cup flour
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 cup walnuts, chopped

Directions:

Mix dry ingredients together separately from moist ones. Mix together and place in a greased bread pan. Bake at 350º for 50 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick placed in center comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes in pan before turning out on wire rack to cool.
