2½ cup (12 oz. can) chickpeas
1 garlic clove, crushed
4 tbsp tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
salt
olive oil
parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Rinse chickpeas in cold water and pat dry. Add to food processor with garlic, tahini and parsley. Process till smooth, adding small amount of water if too thick. Add salt to taste and chill. Serve on flat plate with oil in center and garnish with parsley. Eat on pita bread, toast or crackers.
