1 yellow cake mix
2 cups rhubarb chopped
1 - 1 cups sugar
2 pints whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix according to the directions and pour into 9 x 13 inch pan, then spread chopped rhubarb on top of cake batter, followed by the sugar. Then pour the whipping cream over the top of that. DO NOT mix this after you spread all the ingredients, leave them in layers. Bake in 350 degree oven according to the time on the cake mix.
