6 onzas de margarina
2 tazas de harina
6 cucharadas de leche fría

1 lata de salmón rosado de 14 onzas
1/4 taza de cebolla blanca cortado fino
1 taza queso rallado americano
1/2 taza queso rallado suizo

2 huevos y 2 yemas
1 1/2 taza de crema de leche
1/2 cucharita de páprika
1/2 cucharadita de orégano
Sal y pimienta

Mezclar el harina con la margarina suave (no derretida). Agregar la leche y amasar. Estirar la masa y forrar dos moldes chicos para quiche.
Hincar con un tenedor y hornear en 350° F por 10 minutos. Retirar, untar con mostaza y volver a hornear por unos 5 minutos más.

En un tazón mezclar el salmón con la cebolla previamente dorada y agregarle los quesos.

Unir los ingredientes de la salsa e incorporarlo a la mezcla del salmón.

Una vez mezclado todo, vaciar el relleno en los moldes y hornear a 350° F por 40 minutos.
