4 baked potatoes
2/3 c. butter
2/3 c. flour
6 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 green onions, chopped
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)

Bake potatoes. Cut in half and scoop potato into a small bowl. Melt butter in large kettle. Add flour and stir into a paste. Cook to thicken, then gradually stir in milk. Continue to stir until smooth, thickened and bubbly. Add potatoes, salt, pepper, and 3/4 of the onions, bacon, and cheese. Cook until heated through. Stir in sour cream.

Transfer to slow cooker set on low. Top with remaining onions, bacon and cheese. Serve straight from the cooker.
