2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking power
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Blend above ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
2 c. finely grated carrots
Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes

Grease pans - either two 9" round or two 9 x 51/2" rectangular ones.

Directions:

Bake at 325 for 40 minutes. Cool.

Frost with cream cheese frosting. Tops only.

FROSTING

4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups confectioners sugar
